So glad for connections...

So Jammie came through for us and we were able to find out the sex of the baby...

and....

Wait for it....

I was right!! LOL! We are having another beautiful boy. Now I don't have to feel guilty when I say he and we can teach Cameron to say brother. I'm REALLY glad that my instinct was right because I don't think I could go through life with a daughter named Gertrude Bethseda (or whatever name Ryan was picking). The first name we are thinking about at this point is Azer - with a middle name of Croft?? But we still have five months to change it.

Here are the pics. First a shot of the goods and then a torso/ legs shot. He was still in the same position as last time so we didnt get a good face shot *tear*

Cameron with Santa

Despite the fact that Cameron doesn't normally get scared around new people... I don't think he liked Santa all that well. I'll let the picture speak for itself.

Baby Farnsworth

Well our big ultrasound was a bust. We first had to wait a while until it we got to go in in which time Cameron entertained the whole office. Then we finally get back and we find out that we are having a BABY!! YAY!! LOL. Aparently we have a really stubborn baby who did not want to cooperate despite my jumping up and down and trying to get the baby to move. "He" was face down spine up the WHOLE time- aparently "he" didn't want his nap time interruped ;). I'm hoping Jammie can pull through for us while we are in ID so that we can atleast find out the sex. But I'm sure I'm going to have to go to another one because the tech didn't even get half of the measurements he is supposed to get.
Here is a picture of our stubborn little Sea Monkey:

Temple Lights

Ryan, Cameron and I went to the Temple Lights on Friday. First we had diner at Chick-Fil-A (Yum-AY!). Did you know that they don't serve your food on trays at dinnertime? Ryan and Cameron were sitting down and I was getting the food. I asked for a tray to carry the bag and drinks. The guy helping me turns to someone else and says "Can we give her a tray?" and She responds with " I'm sorry, We don't give out trays after lunch." Ummm.... okay... What do they think the "night crowd" is going to do with their trays? Hmmm... a definite puzzler. We get to the Temple and Cameron was sosososo excited! He was running around gibbering (Cameron speak) at the top of his lungs. He kept blowing on the lights because they were hot! LOL! It was a fun time (even though we didn't stay long) and I got some yummy hot chocolate afterward.

All of us in front of the nativity. Yes- I know it's blurry. However it is the only family picture we got of that event so I'm posting it. Use your imaginations ;)

Cameron saying "BAAAAAAAA" at the sheep.

Cameron and I in front of the floating lights. Those are really neat. And NO Cameron is not wearing shorts- it does get cold here in the desert- notice the jackets.

This is probably my favorite part of the temple lights.

Favorite Things

Cameron does SO many cute things and he makes me smile everyday. I'm writing them down so I can come back and look at them when he is being a cranky butt. I'm going to write down a few favorites... and maybe Ryan will too ;)

*I love the way he says Thank You and Please. He says them both so sweet and he still signs them as he is saying them. It is SO adorable!
*When anyone farts Cameron makes the giant "O" with his mouth and his eyes get really big. The he will say Fra, Fra over and over.
*Sometimes he says No and he really draws it out... and he also shakes his head really slow while he is saying it.
*I've been making him say Sorry when he does anything naughty and then he will give me a great BIG hug and kiss.
*When he wakes up from his nap or bedtime and comes out of his room he always shuts his door. So cute!
*Whenever someone gets excited for him he claps for himself. Ha!
* He will point his finger between Ryan and I (and anyone else that is here) and say YOU. Then he repeats over and over. It's the most funny when he is walking away and then turns halfway around and does it.
*When he is in the kissy mood he will give everyone repeated kisses.

Our Family Christmas Pics

So I decided to take our family Christmas pictures by myself- using my remote. I was actually really surprised that Cameron would look at the camera. Too bad the framing was off in half of them. LOL! We got one semi-decent (we're all looking at the camera anyway- yay!) one that everyone will see in their Christmas cards. Here are some of the funnier ones.

Kisses from Cameron

I had set up my black background for a photoshoot and left it up so I could take some pictures of Cameron- and I'm lazy and it's STILL up- HA! I got a really cute one- he made a kissy face. So sweet. The only way I could get him to stay on the paper was to have crumpled paper (his new favorite game).

This is what happens when Cameron gets a no. FUN!

Video Numero Uno

We had a couple over for dinner and they brought some yummy cupcakes for dessert. The next day Cameron decided he wanted some....

Dress Up

Cameron decided he wanted to finish dressing himself the other day. He came out of his room with his boots and hat on. He looked so cute I HAD to take some pictures. Too bad the poor guy got his dad's sense of style!

Feeding the Ducks

On Saturday Ryan, Cameron and I went to feed the ducks at a park near our house. Cameron had so much fun! He wasn't even that hesitant at first! He was letting the ducks take the bread right from his hand. I was more scared about that than anyone else- LOL. I was trying to get some good natural light pictures for a new assignment that my photography "mentor" gave me- I didn't get any good ones- but Cameron still looks cute of course.

Outside Fun

Here are some new pics of Cameron from today. We went outside to play and of course I had to take my camera ;)

The Zoo

Cameron and I went to the zoo today with my mom's group. We had a lot of fun and Cameron was so GOOD! He didn't whine to get out of the stroller at all. He'd make all of the animal sounds too- his favorite was the elephant. He got really excited when we got there. Here are some pics of the animals.

YardWork

Cameron loves to help Ryan when he is working outside. Yesterday we had someone come out and help with the backyard. After he was done Cameron had to go check everything out.

Arrrrrrrrr.....

Cameron is a pirate for Halloween this year and he's the cutest pirate EVER! Ryan and I have been working with him on being a good pirate. Like what the pirate says... Arrrrrrrr. Cameron got that one down good- it's sounds more like he's roaring- but people got the idea. Ryan also taught him how to say Trick-or-Treat. He purses out his lips and says "Tri-Tri". So Adorable! We went to our ward's trunk-or-treat tonight and Cameron had a great time going to all of the cars and holding his bag out. He didn't really say anything... he would just walk up with his bag out- he had figured out by the third car that people were putting stuff in his bag. LOL!

Here are some pics of Cameron in his pirate costume.

He was pretty mad by the time I was done- and I didn't even take that many pics!

First Ultrasound

We got to see our new little baby last week. It was such a relief. The Dr. said the baby had a great heartbeat and that everything looked good. We are all really excited for this new addition!!

Introducing our newest SeaMonkey....

Cameron's 18 month Pictures

We did Cameron's 18 month pictures a couple of weekends ago and he looks so grown-up in them. I can't believe how big he is! He did pretty good standing still, but it was a lot easier to take pictures of him when he didn't move! I think Ryan felt really bad for Cameron because I made him put on that outfit and it was 100 degrees outside. Oh well- he looked quite handsome in it. Here are some of my favorite pictures.

Camera's everywhere

One of Cameron's new favorite games is right after I take a picture (frequently) he runs around to see. It's so cute. Half the time he will only stand still for a second before he will come running around- and he is quite disappointed when there is nothing there.

New Kitchen

So my mom finally had time to come down and "help" me re-do my kitchen (nothing in my house would be done without her help). I REALLY wanted to get rid of the 80's cabinets and white walls. Because there is NO natural light coming in I also wanted to lighten it up. So we painted the walls a medium green and painted the cabinets cream with a glaze on top to make it look more "worn". We also recovered the chairs and made a few wall hangings. It was a lot of work but WELL worth it in the end. Here are some before and after pics.

FABULOUS striped fabric!
I made this because we have this weird half wall and I needed something to help separate the rooms.
Ok... I just did after. I was too lazy to dig them off of the other hard drive. Most of you probably remember the joy that was my kitchen before.
